Clear responsibilities. Usable procedures. Practical implementation.
MRA Consulting LLC develops and updates written safety programs that reflect your workplace—not another company’s operations. We help translate applicable requirements into responsibilities, procedures, forms, and training expectations your supervisors and employees can use.

A useful program explains who does what, when action is required, and how the work will be documented. We start with your activities, existing controls, and internal roles so the finished documents support an achievable way of managing safety.

Core workplace safety programs
Develop or revise programs such as an Injury and Illness Prevention Program, Hazard Communication Program, Emergency Action Plan, and incident or hazard-reporting procedures, as applicable to your operations.

Task- and hazard-specific programs
Address topics such as lockout/tagout, powered industrial trucks, fall protection, personal protective equipment, confined spaces, respiratory protection, and hearing conservation within an agreed technical scope.

California-specific planning
Support applicable heat illness and workplace violence prevention planning with site-specific responsibilities, communication methods, reporting processes, and implementation tools. Program applicability is reviewed before the scope is finalized.

Forms and rollout tools
Develop selected inspection forms, training matrices, acknowledgment records, permit templates, and action trackers. We can also scope supervisor briefings and employee training to help introduce the program.
What you receive
Depending on the agreed scope, your project may include:
- Editable program documents
- A responsibility matrix
- A review meeting
- Selected supporting forms
- An implementation checklist
The proposal identifies the specific programs, supporting materials, language needs, and revision rounds included. Equipment-specific procedures are scoped separately from a general policy when needed.
When this service
is a good fit
This service is designed for employers starting a safety program, updating outdated documents, responding to audit findings, or standardizing expectations across locations. We can build from your existing materials rather than replace documents that already fit the operation.
How the engagement works
-
Understand the work
We collect information about your workforce, equipment, tasks, hazards, existing procedures, and the people responsible for implementation.
-
Draft and review
We prepare the agreed documents and review them with your designated stakeholders for operational accuracy and clear responsibilities.
-
Prepare for use
We finalize the agreed revisions, explain supporting forms, and identify training, equipment, or management decisions needed before rollout.
Build documents your team
can put to work
Tell us which programs you have, which need attention, and what has changed in your workplace. We will help define a practical update or development package.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. We can review existing documents, retain useful sections, and revise gaps, outdated responsibilities, or procedures that no longer match your operations. The initial review helps determine whether revision or redevelopment is more practical.
No. For example, California’s IIPP requirements address implementation as well as a written program. Your organization still needs to assign responsibilities, communicate expectations, train employees as required, and carry out the program’s activities.
English and Spanish employee-facing materials can be scoped and coordinated based on the topic and intended audience. We confirm translation needs, technical review, and delivery format in the proposal rather than assuming every document requires the same treatment.
