Website Terms of Use & Disclaimer
- Effective Date: 08/06/2026
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about MRA Consulting’s environmental, health, and safety (“EHS”) consulting services, including OSHA and Cal/OSHA compliance support, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 consulting, safety audits and risk assessments, environmental compliance, industrial hygiene, safety training, incident investigations, and fractional EHS management.
All content on the Site — including checklists, FAQ answers, service descriptions, and any downloadable resources — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, engineering, industrial hygiene, or safety advice specific to your facility or operations. OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, and ISO requirements vary by jurisdiction, industry, and facility and change over time; you should not rely on the Site as a substitute for a site-specific assessment or for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your particular circumstances.
2. No Consulting Relationship Formed
Browsing the Site, submitting a contact form, requesting a resource, or scheduling a free consultation does not create a consulting, contractor, or other professional relationship between you and MRA Consulting. A consulting relationship, and any duties MRA Consulting owes to you, begin only when both parties sign a written services agreement (such as MRA Consulting’s EHS Consulting & Training Services Agreement) describing the specific scope of services.
Information you submit before a signed agreement is in place (for example, through the contact form) is used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and does not obligate MRA Consulting to perform any service.
3. No Guarantees; Regulatory Outcomes Remain Your Responsibility
- The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information on the Site;
- Whether any checklist, template, or written program referenced on the Site is suitable for your specific facility, industry, or workforce;
- Whether following any information on the Site will result in a particular audit result, inspection outcome, certification, or absence of citations or penalties; or
- That your use of the Site or any free resource will bring your organization into compliance with any law, regulation, or standard.

- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site’s normal operation;

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRA Consulting and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if MRA Consulting has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including liability for MRA Consulting’s own fraud or willful misconduct.
This limitation applies to use of the Site only. Liability arising under a signed services agreement is governed exclusively by the limitation of liability provision in that agreement.
