- Workplace Safety Training for Employees & Supervisors
Relevant to the job. Clear
to
the employee.
MRA Consulting LLC provides and coordinates workplace safety training that connects the topic to the work your employees perform. We help define the audience, learning objectives, delivery format, and documentation so the training supports your broader safety program. English and Spanish delivery can be arranged. Course content, class size, practical components, and scheduling are confirmed before booking.

Employees and supervisors have different responsibilities. We tailor the scope accordingly, using relevant examples, discussion, and demonstrations where appropriate.

Employee safety training
Topics may include lockout/tagout, hazard communication, personal protective equipment, fall protection, heat illness prevention, workplace violence prevention, confined-space awareness, and hazard or near-miss reporting. The level of instruction is matched to the audience.

Supervisor safety training
Help supervisors understand their role in recognizing hazards, communicating expectations, responding to concerns, documenting issues, and following through on corrective actions. Sessions can connect directly to your company’s policies and reporting process.

Equipment and hands-on instruction
We coordinate equipment-specific courses with formal instruction, practical training, and workplace evaluation components defined as applicable. Your quote identifies the equipment covered, instructor arrangements, completion records, and any remaining employer actions.

Bilingual and site-specific delivery
Arrange separate English and Spanish sessions or a combined format when appropriate. We account for interpretation time, employee literacy needs, shift coverage, and the examples or procedures that must be incorporated.
What you receive
Depending on the course, your package may include:
- A Course outline
- An attendance roster
- Practical evaluation records
- Instructional materials
- Knowledge checks
- Completion documentation
The proposal identifies what is included and whether additional site-specific instruction or evaluation must be completed by the employer.
When this service
is a good fit
Training can support new-hire orientation, a revised procedure, a new hazard-reporting process, equipment changes, or gaps identified in an assessment. MRA can work with your existing training calendar and internal EHS team instead of creating a separate system.
How the engagement works
-
Define the audience
We confirm employee roles, topics, languages, class size, existing knowledge, and any required equipment or practical evaluation.
-
Coordinate the session
We agree on the instructor, schedule, site access, classroom, audiovisual needs, and a safe area for demonstrations or hands-on work.
-
Document and follow through
We provide the agreed records and identify any remaining employer actions, such as task-specific instruction, qualification review, or authorization.
Plan training that fits
your workforce
Send the topic, employee count, language needs, location, and preferred dates. MRA will help define the course and the documentation your team needs.
Frequently asked questions
No. Federal OSHA requires formal instruction, practical training, and a workplace performance evaluation, with employer certification that the operator has been trained and evaluated. A course certificate alone does not replace those requirements or the employer’s authorization process.
Selected train-the-trainer courses can be coordinated after reviewing the subject, equipment, and participants’ experience. Completing a course alone does not establish every qualification needed to train or evaluate others; the applicable requirements still need to be met.
We can scope sessions around your operations, including separate language groups or multiple shifts. The time allowed must still support the learning objectives, discussion, translation, and any practical components. Scheduling is confirmed before training is booked.
